As agreed, we rename llm-lora-finetuning to llm-litgpt-finetuning for clarity.

Small thing: can you add a line / ref to the project inside the README of the repo? (using the new name obv). Otherwise LGTM.

@avishniakov can we do this at the "last moment" - >we have links pointing to it from outside and I don't want them to land on a deadend
