This may need to be addressed Set RHOME env-var to account for Rscript at COVAIL#4. Not familiar with macOS, but I did run R-Portable-Mac/bin/R to untangle it.

#55 Adds Linux support. There is also a portable R 4.3.3 version compiled on Lubuntu.

If anyone is willing to build R for MacOS or has it. Please make a pull request putting all the files in R-Portable-Mac. See how to do this at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75595875/how-do-i-build-r-from-sources-on-macos
