QA Github Trigger process has misleading slack notification

The process QA Github Trigger once it runs for over 6 hours it sends a notification to the #zeebe-ci channel with the following description:

:alarm: QA run on stable/8.2 timedout! Please check: https://github.com/camunda/camunda/actions/runs/10693462742. @zeebe-medic

In this particular case the QA run on stable/8.2 was successful but there was another problem with the PI. The message should reflect that the process timed out (and not the QA run) and point to the relevant place like the process instance in operate or the running instances of this process.
