Cursor disappears after accepting completion

After accepting a Supermaven completion, my cursor disappeared:

You can see where it was supposed to be when I started writing again.

You can also see some nonsensical suggestion at the beginning, where it looks like Zed is using a cached completion that no longer makes sense. May be related to #19716
