Hi, everyone.
I found fix, for MacOS i replace folder in ~/Library/Caches/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2022.1/openapi/npmLibraries/ by this. Full instruction for other OS here. Now my current IntelliJ IDEA 2021.3.2 works!
