I am trying to migrate to goformation and one issue is that it apparently does not support references to integer parameters awslabs/goformation#304 and awslabs/goformation#678

There was a suggestion offered to use https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/aws-cloudformation/[email protected]/cft

https://github.com/awslabs/goformation/ will likely be archived so we should not invest in using that. One other way would be to fork https://github.com/awslabs/goformation/ and maintain it. They would be happy to hand over.

We will discuss internally and tell a decision here.
