static linking needs extra dependency on fedora #1

because gwaei tries to link statically, you need to also install the libstdc++-static package to build on fedora 20. possible resolutions are changing gwaei to not link statically, or to include this in the installation instructions.

This may be the same on other linux distributions

Noted. I'll see if I can do a patch this weekend. My code rewrite for the backend has been taking longer than I had expected.
