Improve UI of the Sign In section

1. As you can see currently in the mobile view the vector on the left side gets hidden, you have to make the website more responsive so that we can have the vector on mobile view as well.
2. The icon present above the username field seems to look incomplete, you can enhance the UI of that part.
3. You can add hover effects etc.
4. You can make the input fields more attractive.
