This isn't really an issue but an enhancement request as you do not claim that this template will work with zabbix 4 anywhere in your documentation. However, I am hopeful that given your existing knowledge of this template that you'll be able to easily(?) update or spawn another XML file that is compatible with zabbix 4.

Just import the existing template and submit a 4.0 export as pull request :-)
