How do I change the tray icon name when it's hovered? #15

I'm trying to change the text that is shown when the tray icon is hovered over. The title property doesn't seem to affect this. Is there a value intended to control the title shown?

It is menu.tooltip

menu.tooltip doesn't affect this either unfortunately
