Don't register plugin scoreboard if the health/colors are not displayed in the players list

So I've been using the plugin alot and I like it, but one thing though is that I want to use the vanilla scoreboard because I want it to be so it says the top 10 killers, but when I disable the uhc scoreboard and add the vanilla scoreboard, the new scoreboard won't show up, maby it could be so when the uhc scoreboard is set to be off, anyone could add a new scoreboard?

The plugin scoreboard is kept because of the health in the players list, not the sidebar scoreboard, not sent using the vanilla scoreboard mecanism.

This said the scoreboard is always registered even when the health is not displayed and it shouldn't.
