to check service account uniqueness while creation to avoid service logins doubling for different management accounts, like:

uid=[email protected],authorizedService=[email protected],uid=ALFA,ou=People,dc=umidb
uid=[email protected],authorizedService=[email protected],uid=BETA,ou=People,dc=umidb
