Not saving extra fee amount in shopping price cart rule

Hi,

I am using magento 1.9.1 and i need to apply extra fee to product price, so i have installed extension and it installed successfully but when i am adding fee amount in shopping cart price rule after save or update rule it actually disappears from the input field and also didn't applying extra fee to cart. And also i have check in database 'salesrule' table column extra_fee_amount value is 0

Kindly help me to fix this problem
