Extra fee is display only not apply on grand total

I installed this extension and saw the result. Extra fee is display on cart page, checkout page and in admin order view also but this extra fee is not apply on grand totalk.

For example:

Subtotal $240.00
Shipping & Handling $10.00
Extra Fee $50.00
Grand Total $250.00

Here grand total should be ($240.00 + $10(shipping) + $50.00(extra fee)) = $300.00

Please help me.

I also installed this extension and have the same problem, Extra fee is display as expected but it's not applied on grand total.

My Magento version : 1.9.2.4

I installed it in magento 1.9.2.2 working fine but same issue exist e.g it does not add extra fee in Grand Total
so i just follow the link below then it is working fine at my end

@alamzaib @josealbea @sushilmdl Hello guys, i am using this extension in the checkout page extra fees field displayed and applied in grand total everything okay, in the order page the extra fees column not visible, the grand total applied with extra fees but extra fees column not visible, any help thanks.
