<li>Participants may come in teams or they may register as an individual on the official website. A team shall consist of a maximum of 5 participants.

<li><b>Registrations begin from the 4th of February, 2016.</b></li>

<li>As per the time of registration, participants will be divided into two subgroups based on which separate charges will apply:
Early Wingers (those who apply before the 7th February, 2016)
Late Wingers (those who apply after the 7th February, 2016)

<li>Each team can reserve at least one participant for the event YOUTH-PARLIAMENT as per their liking. Youth Parliament will start on the 13th of February and will continue throughout the next day as well.

For individual events, a team can have only one of the members to represent the team. The other members of the team, if they wish to participate, shall have to register individually for the particular event.

Everyone willing to take accommodation for Rostra'16 must register on the website
</li>

When you arrive at BIT Mesra, you need to come to the Info Cell along with your college identity card. You will be allotted your place of stay on campus. Accommodation would be strictly on shared basis.

In case of any disputes, decision of Hospitality CGs would be final and binding.
</li>
