Mozillaによると、Chromeの拡張機能は小規模な変更でFirefoxに対応できるとのことです。

Happy to make a PR regarding the technical changes necessary, but @yusukesaitoh would need to handle the Firefox submission process which isn't trivial last I checked (years ago, so maybe better now). Let me know before I get started!
