Needs a well documented readme.md file

This repository does not have proper documentation. The readme.md is almost empty and this does not contain a contributing.md file. The portfolio is stunning. But I think the lack of documentation makes the repo look plain. So, it would be really awesome to have a proper documentation. I hope you will look into this matter.
