Is this logic up to date with the v0722 HHS-HCC model? The Bill Types appear to match the TOB logic rather than the ones specified for use in the HHS-HCC model documentation, and the documentation also notes using only headers and/or lines but I do not see that here either.

@alohmann923 I think I see the disconnect. I believe the raeligible logic is oriented towards CMS-HCC (Medicare).
