I found that libcrange.so

lacks a version (wtf is 0.0 and 0.0.0 supposed to be)
is a 64bit library installed to the 32bit libpath.

The wiki install notes added a symlink to it from lib64 to lib but of course that is the wrong way round.

(/usr/lib/libcrange.so.0.0.0: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, not stripped)
