Resolve has lots of ways to express (dis)satisfaction with the current proposal, but no way to discuss changes for it. This is especially clear when someone votes 'needs discussion'. How is this discussion supposed to happen? How do you respond to other people's votes.
Proposed solutions are being able to add tags to the proposal, or being able to respond to other people's votes.
