Import an Instapaper CSV export to Readability via it's email interface. Consider this a one-off operation.
$ instapaper2readability
The script has several options, running it without any parameters displays a usage hint.
Requires Ruby >= 1.9.2. Sorry, no 1.8.
It also needs an SMTP account with credentials.
