Support more then one connection string

Add support for more than one connection string. One could choose which Connection String (and thus SSIS server) monitor from a specific menu item that should be added to the UI.
In this way, with just one dashboard, one can monitor more than one server.

Is support for more than 1 connection string coming. This is a great dashboard, but we have more than one ssis server, and it would be nice to see the two of them in one dashbaord.

Definitely but I haven't a schedule yet. It should take no more than one day to implement it. Btw a mutltiple SSISDB is already available here, which is a fork of my SSIS Dashboard: https://github.com/niphlod/ssis_dash
