What are Hard coded IDs in the discord.py, They are not mentioned in README.md

• "application_id": "936929561302675456", (Tried with changing my bot application ID didn't work)
• "session_id": "2268d5e7da332cb04838c05fa3291bf0", ( what i know sessions keep changing so why its hard coded)
