Scroll to the top when changing a plugin

When the current content / navigation plugin changes, the div containing it should automatically be scrolled to the top. This is noticable in the devcenter: when scrolling down on a long topic, and then going to the next topic (which is also long), the currently visible part should be its top, and not middle / bottom.
