複数のSVGPathEditorインスタンスからのeditingRootLayer共有化 #18

複数のSVGPathEditorインスタンスを作成すると各々がeditingRootLayerをSVGに追加してしまうので、下記のように共有化してみたらどうだろうか？

<svg>
  ....
  <g id="SVGPathEditor">
     <g class="svgPathEditor_インスタンス番号">....</g>
     <g class="svgPathEditor_インスタンス番号">....</g>
  </g>
</svg>

注意点

id名が既存の要素とかぶった場合の処理の追加
