Very unclear issues ahead, but something needs to be done. We just don't know what exactly right now.

Each tool can be called separately. We need good test-cases to verify the tools are working.

ensure that plot-map is always able to plot something
- what happens when we don't have a concentration or sumTU? Just plot the points?
Is the figure caption already good (no, it isn't)
Good question to test GraphDB search
