I have defined a pattern which shows the value of a Prometheus label as the column value and would like to define an override to adjust cell background colour, text colour and text value based on the string label.
Unfortunately, it looks like Boom Table looks at the time-series value rather than what is displayed in the cell when checking for overrides.
Is this something which should work? Could I make a feature request for this behaviour?
What you tried
I have tried this by mapping my Prometheus time-series to a pattern by aliasing the time-series and then referring to a component of the name as the cell value (e.g. 1) and also by using the newer "tag delimiter" feature. In both cases, I have been able to get Boom Table to display the value I want but have not been able to apply formatting overrides.
