I am trying to use afqbrowser after succesfully running pyAFQ. When I run afqbrowser-assemble path/to/pyAFQ/outputs, I am using the 'tract_profiles.cvs' file for the file path.
When I run this line of code, I get this error: "ValueError('Streamlines Right Thalamic Radiation 1255 and Nodes tablesnodes inconsistent length'), repeatedly for every single tract. Am I using the wrong input file? Some online sources are suggesting using a node.csv or afq.mat file, but neither of these are showing in my afq output folder.
Wondering wht this might be happening?
