Format E.164?

Just wondering if this provides the phone number in E.164 format?

I just have this quick fix working for anyone who cant wait :)

import { PhoneNumberUtil, PhoneNumberFormat } from 'google-libphonenumber';
const phoneUtil = PhoneNumberUtil.getInstance();
const number = phoneUtil.parseAndKeepRawInput(phone, country);
const formattedPhone =  phoneUtil.format(number, PhoneNumberFormat.E164);
