Making Mounting holes 3mm instead of 2mm?

Wondering how hard the above would be.
I know the models for the acrylic frames would have to be edited...that is easy.

Not sure how easy it is to edit the python scripts for this. Would it just be editing

to be the right radius? Or is there more that would need to be adjusted?
