Hi Yang:

I noticed that you have included some internal tools physpetools/physpetool/softwares/ in the PhySpeTree. I know some people may want to use their local programs, or they can not run these tools with their authorities. Can you also provide an additional way to use local tools? One way I think about is to pass the program "PATH".

Hi Yulong:

Thank you for providing good advice, PhySpeTree does not yet have this feature. In future releases we will try to add this nice feature.
