work with local installed vue code

this might be a dumb question, I have quasar UI package installed, can coc-volar make it autocomplete? e.g. index local packages from package.json and make them usable?

looks like it's indexed somehow already, but I need use Pascal instead kebab, e.g. QCarousel works, q-carousel does not
