I'm currently stuck on this line

Open PHPMyAdmin, create a DB & import db.sql file.

what's the best way to install PHPMyAdmin?

I downloaded the latest PHPMyAdmin here, https://www.phpmyadmin.net/docs/

but I don't see clear install instructions for MacOS 🤔

use XAMPP for OS X, it's include php / mysql / phpmyadmin ...
