Even thought used the following parameters metaplots -a $genecode.v44.ribo.anno -r $sample.Aligned.toTranscriptome.out.bam -o $sample.ribocode -f0_percent 0.01
The log still reported the same contents, which causes RiboCode to interrput

metaplots -a gencode.ribo.anno -r $sample.Aligned.toTranscriptome.out.bam -o $sample.ribocode -pv1 1 -pv2 1, the higher p value cut-offs possibly output some results
When I process metaplots, the log printed that:
