EByte LoRa E32 library: add Web Manager to the library example

I finally release the web manager and REST/WebSocket gateway to manage messages and configuration via browser.

EByte E32 library, minor STM32 fix and esp32 examples

Minor fix on STM32 to remove SoftwareSerial, and some additional esp32 test with wake up from WOR

EByte E32 library, stable and tested release.

After some month of test and project now It's ready to released.
