How do we share secrets amongst the team and applications for Xplorers website?

We can have multiple people as admin on Clerk and on top of that we can have Multiple secrets Key. I was wondering if this is the best solution for Secret management for Clerk Authentication.
Having Different people managing API keys and giving personal Keys so later that can be deprecated if somebody leaves or do not want to work anymore.
