Man if you wanna unblock sites I'll tell you if you can not go to devtools you cant do this hack just check if you can go to devtools://devtools/bundled/devtools_app.html but keep it open then go to devtools://devtools/bundled/devtools_app.html?experiments=true&wss=rig.ccsd.store and double click the first box it allows you to toggle off injected extensions just don't restart your Chromebook or sign out then it removes it and you have to do it again
