Add a "Tell Badger" feedback button on the status bar next to the settings button:
When the user performs a key action (such as dialing in the "non-optimal" solution, resetting the environment, etc), this button should light up or blink to notify the user that Badger is asking for feedback
If the user clicks on the lighted-up button, Badger will show a dialog that asks the user for feedback on the latest key action
If the button is in normal status, clicking on the button will bring up a dialog that lets users choose from a few categories to which the feedback would go (say, performance, algo parameters, environment issues, found a bug, etc), furthermore, there would be a category as "historical key actions", once selected the user will be able to choose from a list of recent key actions and provide feedback accordingly -- just in case that the user misses the "Tell Badger" notification and wants to feedback on a recent (but not current) key action
