Describe the bug

Commit recreating issue (commented) https://github.com/xmtp/xmtp-react-native/compare/ar/new-dm-stream-repro?expand=1

Setting up streams, then creating a new DM, new messages sent by the user are not picked up.

Workaround is to restart streams after creating a new group locally

Expected behavior
