Feature request: Turbo Module Support

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Turbo modules are quickly becoming more supported by the community.
I won't go into all of the benefits offered by them, but a few key ones that could potentially help:

• Codegen
• Reduce impact on app start up

Describe the solution to the problem

Steps seen in https://reactnative.dev/docs/next/the-new-architecture/backward-compatibility-turbomodules#configure-the-turbo-native-module-dependencies but might need some additional steps/setup when working with ExpoModules

Describe the uses cases for the feature

1. Install in an app with the old architecture
2. Install in an app with new architecture enabled
