AVB_NUM_SINKS and AVB_NUM_SOURCES protect against divide-by-0 #37

AVB_NUM_SINKS and AVB_NUM_SOURCES may be zero for talker-only or listener-only devices. However, avb_1722_1_aecp.c contains "XXX/AVB_NUM_SINKS" without checking.
