When I am trying to run lhunet/run/run_training.py, it gives me this error:
No such file or directory: /content/DATASET_Acdc/lhunet_raw/lhunet_cropped_data/Task001_ACDC/lhunet_Plansv2.1_plans_3D.pkl
The dataset folder mentioned which uses nnUNet preprocessing does not contain this pkl file. Please help!
