the app is still unusable, i think because you are using docker command directly, but since flatpak is isolated from system the app can't execute the command

was about to suggest this then saw the issue already existed

but yeah to solve the problem running the docker command directly, use the docker socket connection instead (the recommended way to do it anyways)

the socket is at /run/docker.sock by default, check out https://github.com/sdv43/whaler for an implementation that already works inside a flatpak
