[MPV 0.38] Macast的linux deb包 #183

Macast和0.38版本的mpv有点问题，会导致投屏失败，Ubuntu 22和deepin V23系统上mpv的版本都是0.38。
投屏有问题的，可以试试这个包Macast-Linux-v0.7-MPV0.38-amd64.deb
