I have an Arch Linux installed on my PC. I wanted to install lanGhost, but it uses APT and searches for /etc/network/interfaces. Where is other distros support?

Sorry, lanGhost is designed to run on Raspberry Pis.
I did not test/recommend running it on distros other than Debian, but if you can install the python3 dependencies and the packages that APT installs on Debian in the setup.py script, lanGhost should work without problems. But again, its not guaranteed since it was made for RPis.
