If the user selects 31st, in a month and if that date does not exist in the next or previous month or on the UI of the selected month, it skips over that next or previous month #817

Steps to Reproduce this Bug:

Select January as a month and select the last date in it (31st).
Re-open the date picker and now select February from the month selection scroll
Date picker will skip february and select March instead.

Expected Behavior:

The Datepicker should always select the month which the User wants to select even if it does not select a date in it.
