To submit a story for next DJ, open the GitHub issue for the next release and comment with a link and a short description for the story.
Contributions are welcome in all areas: collection, writing, editing, pre-release review, translations and deciding things like content and structure. Please see contributing directions.
Git users should expect rebases on master since the Git workflow is not stable yet (see this issue).
