Could you add Einstein equations to warped example? #1

Your warped example is really nice. Is there any way you could add the lines necessary to get the Einstein equations? Ie. eq. 7-8 of hep-ph/9905221v1? Thanks.

If you send a pull request, I would happily review it and pull if it's clean.
You can do this with xPert and VarD à la Lagrangian-variation-xPert-VarD.nb. Alternatively you could try with xPert and VarL from the xTras package, which is just a wrapper around VarD.
On the other hand, since Lagrangian-variation-xPert-VarD.nb already displays how to perform the variation, I'm a bit conflicted. Different example, different file.
