Symbol links are not visible on port list

Symbol link for real port names are not visible on list of available ports (/dev/ttyLink1 => /dev/ttyUSB0).
It is possible to open serial console with port parameter on command line: gtkterm -p /dev/ttyLink1

It should be possible.
However we are rewriting Gtkterm and will add this to the featurelist of 2.x

We gone pick up the develop of 2.x very soon.
