When using the open code to process sample data, we found:
-->the test sample of user1 is :
image
--> but the results of all_test_user_pos from open code is:
image
Which seems from the positive part of training data of user1.

Please check it.
If possible, please provide us more sample data for testing your code.
Best regards.

The variable all_test_user_pos actually only contains the positive news articles, which are used to construct user representations. The candidate news articles to be ranked are in another variable all_test_pn.
